Shipping policy
Delivery is determined by weight, volume and destination
New Zealand Shipping – The majority of our orders are sent by New Zealand Couriers. There is a surcharge for locations designated as rural delivery. Please select this option at Checkout if it applies to you. As we ship our orders via courier we cannot accept PO boxes as delivery addresses.
Australia Shipping - Orders to Australia are provided by Aramex Couriers. Delivery times range from 3 - 5 days depending on location. Australian orders do not incur NZ GST.
Pallet Delivery – We will use a general carrier for large and/or heavy orders which cannot be safely transported any other way.
Claims for Damage / Loss or Missing Items
Occasionally things can go wrong. In the rare event that your order has been damaged in transit, or has incorrect or missing items you must notify Conservation Supplies within 7 days of receipt of the delivery, by phone to 06 211 3991, or by email info@conservationsupplies.co.nz
Deliveries are made in accordance with the courier company’s terms and conditions
Goods must be checked for damage on receipt, as no claims can be made once they are signed for. For damaged items you must comply with the courier company conditions and where possible either note or refuse to sign for visibly damaged goods. Providing photographs of damaged goods may expedite the claims process.
If you have given authority to leave, no claims can be made.

If you wish to collect your order please email us your order info@conservationsupplies.co.nz, or phone us on +64 6 211 3991 to make arrangements. Conservation Supplies is primarily a trade supplier and does not have a shop, however collections can be made by prior arrangement
Export Orders
We can arrange export orders by air and sea freight. Orders can be placed by contacting us directly info@comservationsupplies.co.nz.
